1. On 10th May 2017, we took a lecture of
Responsible Business at the University of
Economics in Bratislava (EUBA). At the
beginning of this event foreign students of
EUBA had prepared presentations concerning
ADIENT. This company works on car seats. I was
attracted by just one thought that was
mentioned and its meaning lies in the fact that
sitting in the car is not just something passive,
just something boring, but something
interesting : „Enjoy the car!“ It can be a place
where we can relax, play with children, work,
listen to the music and many other things .

2. Corporate Responsibility (CSR) means that companies
achieve earnings in line with the needs of all the
partners they come into contact with in their business.
These partners are (not only) employees, customers,
competitors, suppliers, the local community and also
the environment.
Responsible business is therefore a broad concept that
is inevitably linked to the everyday running of the
company and its behavior both inward and outward
and reflected in the development of new products and
services.

3. CSR in Adient
For Adient:
„CSR is in us, to be active and help.“
How can we help our stakeholders -
employees, community, suppliers,
customers, competitors, environment? Now
we know how they do it in Adient and also
what are their goals for the future.
