This document discusses an industrial training on developing an online library management system. It outlines the purpose and scope of replacing a university's existing library system. The proposed system would allow users to search for and reserve books online, track book statuses, and receive alerts about due dates. It would also automatically assign book IDs, track available books, and calculate late fees. The document compares advantages like 24/7 access and easier record keeping to drawbacks of the current written record-based system. CONCLUSION
From a proper analysis of positive points and constraints
on the component, it can be safely concluded that the
product is highly efficient GUI based component. This
application is working properly and meeting to all user
requirements. This component can be easily plugged in
many other systems.
