•The library is managed by the librarian accompanied with 4 to 5
members’ staff.
• Library have their cards for students as well as the staff

• Issue of the book is done by the staff member of the library
through the library card.

A person should be able to:
• Login to the system through the homepage.
• See the status of the books borrowed/reserved.
• Search for a particular book/journal.
• Cancel the reservation made earlier for a particular
book/journal.
•Automatic emails should be sent to users about the expiry
of due dates for the books borrowed by them.

Advantages of the Online LMS
• A 24-hour library management.
• Students according to their needs get the books issued
and in case they are unable to return the book, they can
immediately extend the date of return.
• Maintenance of the books becomes easy for the staff.
• Oracle database ensures complete security to data.
• Students as well as teachers can search for any book,
magazine, Journal, member etc.

CONCLUSION
From a proper analysis of positive points and constraints
on the component, it can be safely concluded that the
product is highly efficient GUI based component. This
application is working properly and meeting to all user
requirements. This component can be easily plugged in
many other systems.
