1. Learning Management Systems Consultant (1099) Contract, Corp to Corp, 1099, W2
The primary role of the Learning Management System Administrator will be to manage training design,
development & tracking needs for clients with regard to L&D. This role will work to effectively maintain
employee curriculums through interactions with business partners and to ensure appropriate reporting,
notifications and metrics are employed. Additionally, this role will ensure procedures capture the link
between training curriculum, job descriptions & client specified results.
• Conduct needs analysis within the organization related to Quality and Compliance training
requirements.
• Identify subject matter experts to support development of training materials.
• Identify ‘off the shelf’ e-learning programs as needed.
• Support and further develop new and existing curriculum.
• Work with management and business partners to identify and develop training curriculum and identify
role changes requiring training support.
• Develop and execute training procedures ensuring effectiveness of the process.
• Develop and report metrics on training requirements and perform necessary follow up / drive
completion to ensure that identified training goals are reached Act as the Training module
administrator for the Amicus LMS.
• Provide consistent, reliable, and accurate reporting on the state of training activities.
• Document all training plans, presentations, and acknowledgements in the relevant training
management system.

2. Responsibilities
LMS Admin activities:
• Training SPOC for client(s)
• Manage training calendars, communications, plan etc.
• Coordinate with Technical team (SAP Success factors LMS supported by Client IT team).
• Coordinate with LMS technical team to get training modules uploaded in LMS based on training plan.
• Coordinate with IT support team leadership, business, consultants/vendors to plan for training
assignments/schedule.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise with client LMS
• Work with client application support team on regular basis to help resolving LMS related service
requests and in developing training plans.
• Track and monitor changes implemented on LMS system.
• Develop and implement best practices with easy to use processes.

• MS, PPT, Oracle, Articulate, Captivate
• Instructional Design
• BA or equivalent work experience
