How does the Process for the Skills Tracking Software work?

5. Detailed Learning or Competence Guides are created for each key position. These have between 50 and 150 learning objectives (Questions)
These are linked on the Aspiration Skills Tracking Software and then used by the learner (for self directed learning) and the Manager (for dialogue
and assessment)

6. Employees are signed off as “Competent”
or “Not yet Competent” by their direct
manager or a subject expert

7. Each manager can see the overall % of signed off assessments for their
direct reports as well as progress for each individual on the team

8. The number of signed off Learning Objectives over the total are
aggregated for each employee to produce sign off reports for Region,
Departments, Sub Department and Team
