How does the Process for the Skills Tracking Software work?

Detailed Learning or Competence Guides are created for each key position. These have between 50 and 150 learning objectives (Questions)
These are linked on the Aspiration Skills Tracking Software and then used by the learner (for self directed learning) and the Manager (for dialogue
and assessment)

Employees are signed off as “Competent”
or “Not yet Competent” by their direct
manager or a subject expert
Slide 6 of 17
Each manager can see the overall % of signed off assessments for their
direct reports as well as progress for each individual on the team
Detailed Management Reports are available in the Manager portal

The number of signed off Learning Objectives over the total are
aggregated for each employee to produce sign off reports for Region,
Departments, Sub Department and Team

Individual Reports show the number of signed off learning objectives
for each competence category/outcome

The Individual Report also shows assessment comments that include
the date, comments and who the manager was that conducted the
assessment

Skills Matrix report also shows competence sign off for different
processes or machines and is used to ensure multiskilled employee
development

Executive Dashboard with Filters to get the details for entire company,
department, sub-department and team.
Shows total % sign off, number of fully competent employees and
progress over 6 months

Executive Dashboard also displays the number and percentage of
employees for the following
• 0% (not started)
• Between 0% and 80%
• Between 80% and 99%
• Fully Competent 100%
