• Add 500 new customer accounts every month for next two years.
• Improve brand recognition among 24-35 age groups.
• Reduce the order lead time by 20%.
• Reduce average distribution cost to less than 5% of gross revenue by creating efficient supply
channel.
• To obtain customer satisfaction rating of at least 90%on the 2017 customer satisfaction survey, and
