I am a diversely experienced employee with 16 years worth of exceptional knowledge in fast paced restaurant
environments. I also have manager experience in severaltypes of businesses including food/beverage, retail, and summer
camp.
Professional Accomplishments
Most recently I have worked as a restaurant consultant. In this capacity I stepped into a restaurant as a BOH lead
to help identify and correct the numerous problems plaguing this particular restaurant. Once problems were identified I
personally worked with the current staff to re-train, restructure certain aspects of the restaurant,and developed simple
strategies to solve problems such as reorganize kitchen equipment to improve speed of service. My services also included
projects such as writing training and procedure manuals for the BOH,re-training staff on up to date food handling safety
and producing a plan of action for the management team to more effectively communicate with their staff.
Personal Accomplishments
I am a high school graduate where in I spent 4 years in the highly structured R.O.T.C. program. I learned
integrity, leadership skills, team-work, structure and job importance. From there I went to Chattanooga State Community
College. My main focus of study was cultural anthropology with an understudy of history and geology. I have a 10 year
old step-daughter who attends school at Normal Park. Focusing on her growth and development is one of the highlights
of my life this far. Im also a self taught percussionist and am very active in Chattanooga’s diverse music scene.
