Overview OUR TEAM • Founder and President Linda Dulye is internationally recognized for using discipline 2-way communication and engagement practices to increase business performance at many of the world’s most admired companies. She is a leading speaker at business leader forums and industry conferences on the topics of driving innovation and performance. She draws on her years of experience from leadership positions at General Electric, Allied Signal, Duracell, and Public Service Electric & Gas. • Our group of consultants are not “career consultants.” Team members have previously worked as functional leaders and program managers at companies like General Electric, Allied Signal, Lockheed Martin, and more.
