CHECKLIST FOR SSF ELIGIBILITY
- The proposed facility will serve existing industry cluster and not
“GREENFIELDS” nor “START Ups”
- The proposed facility has an “ELIGIBLE COOPERATOR” defined as:
Juridical entities such as NGOs, cooperatives, industry
associations, academic institutions, exporters/buyer groups
who have been in existence as follows:
a) For a facility of less than P1M = 2 yrs. existence
b) For a facility of more than P1M = 5 yrs. existence
Capable of providing counterpart support in terms of:
a) suitable site and building
b) support personnel
c) cash flow to support 1 month initial operations
