After starting Analyzer, choose how you want to proceed by selecting an engineering process.
We will start with “Analyzer Classic” then “Spotlight” So…..Select Analyzer “Classic” and enjoy…  

After Actix setup we need to create workspace ..
View >> Display new map

Loading cell file… Unfortunately Actix isn’t compatible with TEMS cell file, It accept “Cell Ref ” .
How can we create “Cell Ref ”?
Open TEMS cell file and delete the first raw
Save the file as “ Text (Tab delimited)”

Actix >> Cells >> Network Explorer
Import from new template
Open the text file

8 ACTIX User Manual
Write templete name >> next
GSM_Cells >> Sector_ID >> Select CI
Repeat for each of the fields in the GSM_Cell node and GSM_Site node then press finish…

Repeat the same procedures to create 3G Cell Ref.

Load “Egypt map” as shown below
Enjoy  

How can you load cell ref ?
Tools >> Preferences >> CellRefs >>File Location >> Open it

Now we are ready for log files analysis...
2G Log Files analysis
Load 2G log files
After loading log files we should merge them to be one log file
Tools >> Create Superstream

Select MS1 and change name to be “2G DT”
Note: MS1>2G , MS2 > 3G
Open 2G interfaces that help you for log files analysis
Right click on log files >> Display From >> GSM interfaces as shown below ….one by one

2G analyzer interface:
Plot Rxlev
2G DT >> Down Link Measurements >> ServRxLevSub >> Drag to the map

Modify ranges and adjust colors :

Plot Rx qual

Plot serving CI
2G DT >> Serving Cell Parameters >> ServCI >> right click: Display on map

Plot Events
2G DT >> TEMS >> TEMSEventHandoverOk >> Drag to map
If you want to run log files:

3G Log Files analysis
Create 3G DT super stream by merging log files (MS2)
Create 3G analyzer interface

Plot RSCP
3G DT >> 3GUMTS >> Down Link Measurements >> Uu_ActiveSet_RSCP >> Uu_ActiveSet_RSCP_0

Plot Ec/No
3G DT >> 3GUMTS >> Down Link Measurements >> Uu_ActiveSet_Ec/No >> Uu_ActiveSet_Ec/No_0
Plot Active set count (Number of cells in Active set list)

Plot serving cells (Scrambling codes):

How can we export log files to Tab file or Kml file? Actix make it very easy  

By Actix we can plot DT directions 
It’s very easy to convert DT results to Histogram using Actix!!

Event Explorer
The Event Explorer provides a detailed analysis of critical failure events such as Call Drops and Call Setup Failures.

Ex: We need to analyze the below dropped call
Nice……the below is the dropped call analysis   it’s very easy way …

Using Filters
Really …..It’s very good feature…..It enable us to filter on bad quality spots  

Attributes

Radio Network Analysis
Spotlight contains the following Radio Network Analysis:
- Coverage Analysis.
- Allows you to perform wide area coverage-based analyses in GSM, it determines the coverage footprint of cells and identifies
- Overshoot against coverage design boundaries.

The page operates in two modes: Best Server and Where Seen. Changing the mode affects the Rxlev attribute that is displayed on the map.
In Best Server mode, the Rxlev when the selected cell was the best server is displayed (note that in this mode, Raquel can be seen).
In Where Seen mode, the Rxlev whenever the cell was measured is displayed.

There is a good feature for detecting cross sectors.
It indicates % of samples >180 degree beam width.
