Poor cashflow is a major contributor to 50% of small business failing in the first 18 months. We help by making sure they get paid and by improving their financial literacy.
OVERVIEW
We’ve created an end-to-end revenue solution: invoicing, payments and receipting, but our value add doesn’t stop there. Our smart reporting gives a snapshot of every stage of the revenue funnel. At a glance business owners can see what’s coming, what’s owed and what
they’ve earned for any selected time period. And big data benchmarking lets them compare to other businesses. Nobody likes to be lectured, but we are giving them a lesson in cashflow management, and creating good financial habits, without them even realising it.

Poor cashflow is a major contributor to 50% of small business failing in the first 18 months. We help by making sure they get paid and by improving their financial literacy.
  • 3. OVERVIEW We’ve created an end-to-end revenue solution: invoicing, payments and receipting, but our value add doesn’t stop there. Our smart reporting gives a snapshot of every stage of the revenue funnel. At a glance business owners can see what’s coming, what’s owed and what they’ve earned for any selected time period. And big data benchmarking lets them compare to other businesses. Nobody likes to be lectured, but we are giving them a lesson in cashflow management, and creating good financial habits, without them even realising it.

This works but each has it's drawbacks: cash is time consuming and hard to track, direct deposit is prone to errors on the customer side and the customer experience with PayPal is clunky. Then there's the time spent reconciling all these income streams. DragonBill simplifies and unifies Jane’s payments and gives her choices, so she can use it for each of these customer types.

Now we are ready to scale. So far we’ve had a 3% conversion rate of club members. We’ve had around $60K of payments through, three co-working spaces in Melbourne are onboard to partner with us, two football leagues - that’s 4000 members - on board and in talks with others about adoption for next season.

We want to take our solution to small businesses worldwide, UK, Europe, Asia, USA. Superannuation is often neglected by small business. Around 80% aren't contributing. We want to solve this problem, then take the model global, helping small business owners to secure their future.

LOOKING FOR INVESTMENT 10% Build team Marketing One year runway $250K We've bootstrapped so far and are now looking for investment to create some runway so we can focus full time on growing DragonBill. $250k will give us a year runway and 10% equity. We're looking for an investor who experience can add to the team. We'll be using the funds to fill gaps n the team and for marketing.
