Social control and our privacy is being transferred to tech companies. Moreover technology systems are getting more complex, hence the ways to hack them proliferate. Society is not yet fully aware about the implications of such threats, that’s why we need to create a global network of socio-tech champions that bring together local stakeholders (governments, academia, business community) to collectively find pragmatic solutions to the growing social issue we're faced with.
