Insuring Security for Outsourced Data Stored in Cloud EnvironmentEditor IJCATR
The cloud storage offers users with infrastructure flexibility, faster deployment of applications and data, cost
control, adaptation of cloud resources to real needs, improved productivity, etc. Inspite of these advantageous factors, there
are several deterrents to the widespread adoption of cloud computing remain. Among them, security towards the correctness
of the outsourced data and issues of privacy lead a major role. In order to avoid security risk for the outsourced data, we
propose the dynamic audit services that enables integrity verification of untrusted and outsourced storages. An interactive
proof system (IPS) with the zero knowledge property is introduced to provide public auditability without downloading raw
data and protect privacy of the data. In the proposed system data owner stores the large number of data in cloud after e
encrypting the data with private key and also send public key to third party auditor (TPA) for auditing purpose. TPA in
clouds and it’s maintained by CSP. An Authorized Application (AA), which holds a data owners secret key (sk) and
manipulate the outsourced data and update the associated IHT stored in TPA. Finally Cloud users access the services through
the AA. Our system also provides secure auditing while the data owner outsourcing the data in the cloud. And after
performing auditing operations, security solutions are enhanced for the purpose of detecting malicious users with the help of

Cloud computing is an innovative idea for IT industries which provides several services to
users. In cloud computing secure authentication and data integrity of data is a major challenge, due to
internal and external threats. For improvement in data security over cloud, various techniques are
used.MAC based authentication is one of them, which suffers from undesirable systematic demerits
which have bounded usage and not secure verification, which may pose additional online load to users,
in a public auditing setting. Reliable and secure auditing are also challenging in cloud. In Cloud auditing
existing audit systems are based on aggregate key HLA algorithm. This algorithm is based on variable
sizes, different aggregate key generation, which encounters with security issues at decryption level.
Current Scheme generates a high length of key decryption that encounters with problem of space
complexity. To overcome these issues, We can improve HLA algorithm by improve aggregate key
generation, based on fixed key size. This algorithm generates constant aggregate key which will
overcomes problem of sharing of keys, security issues and space complexity.

based on virtualization and distributed computing technologies. Cloud Data storage systems enable
user to store data efficiently on server without any trouble of data resources. User can easily store
and retrieve their data remotely. The two biggest concerns about cloud data storage are reliability and
security. Clients aren’t like to entrust their data to another third party or companies without a
guarantee that they will be able to access therein formations whenever they want. In the existing
system, the data are stored in the cloud using dynamic data operation with computation which makes
the user need to make a copy for further updating and verification of the data loss. Different
distributed storing auditing techniques are used for overcoming the problem of data loss. Recent
work of this paper has show that data partitioning technique used for data storage by providing
Digital signature to every partitioning data and user .this technique allow user to upload or retrieve
the data with matching the digital signatures provided to them. This method ensures high cloud
storage integrity, enhanced error localization and easy identification of misbehaving server and
unauthorized access to the cloud server. Hence this work aims to store the data securely in reduced
space with less time and computational cost.

In cloud computing, data owners crowd their data on cloud servers and users (data consumers) can access the data from cloud servers. Due to the data outsourcing, however, it requires an independent auditing service to check the data integrity in the cloud. Some existing remote integrity checking method scan only serve for static records data. Thus, cannot be used in the auditing service since the data in the cloud can be animatedly updated. Thus, an efficient and secure dynamic auditing protocol is required to convince data owners that the data are correctly stored in the cloud. In this paper, we first design an auditing framework for cloud storage systems for privacy-preserving auditing protocol. Then, we extend our auditing protocol to support the data dynamic operations, which is efficient to secure the random model.

Cloud environment supports data sharing between multiple users. Data integrity is violated
due to hardware / software failures and human errors. Data owners and public verifiers are involved to
efficiently audit cloud data integrity without retrieving the entire data from the cloud server. File and
block signatures are used in the integrity verification process.
“One Ring to RUle Them All” (Oruta) scheme is used for privacy-preserving public auditing process. In
oruta homomorphic authenticators are constructed using Ring Signatures. Ring signatures are used to
compute verification metadata needed to audit the correctness of shared data. The identity of the signer
on each block in shared data is kept private from public verifiers. Homomorphic authenticable ring
signature (HARS) scheme is applied to provide identity privacy with blockless verification. Batch
auditing mechanism supports to perform multiple auditing tasks simultaneously. Oruta is compatible
with random masking to preserve data privacy from public verifiers. Dynamic data management process
is handled with index hash tables. Traceability is not supported in oruta scheme. Data dynamism
sequence is not managed by the system. The system obtains high computational overhead
The proposed system is designed to perform public data verification with privacy. Traceability features
are provided with identity privacy. Group manager or data owner can be allowed to reveal the identity of
the signer based on verification metadata. Data version management mechanism is integrated with the
system.

In this paper, we utilize the public key based homomorphism authenticator and uniquely integrate it with random mask technique to achieve a privacy-preserving public auditing system for cloud data storage security while keeping all above requirements in mind. To support efficient handling of multiple auditing tasks, we further explore the technique of bilinear aggregate signature to extend our main result into a multi-user setting, where TPA can perform multiple auditing tasks simultaneously. Extensive security and performance analysis shows the proposed schemes are provably secure and highly efficient. We also show how to extent our main scheme to support batch auditing for TPA upon delegations from multi-users.

Effective Application Security in Software Delivery lifecycle using Deployment Firewall and DBOM
The modern software delivery process (or the CI/CD process) includes many tools, distributed teams, open-source code, and cloud platforms. Constant focus on speed to release software to market, along with the traditional slow and manual security checks has caused gaps in continuous security as an important piece in the software supply chain. Today organizations feel more susceptible to external and internal cyber threats due to the vast attack surface in their applications supply chain and the lack of end-to-end governance and risk management.
The software team must secure its software delivery process to avoid vulnerability and security breaches. This needs to be achieved with existing tool chains and without extensive rework of the delivery processes. This talk will present strategies and techniques for providing visibility into the true risk of the existing vulnerabilities, preventing the introduction of security issues in the software, resolving vulnerabilities in production environments quickly, and capturing the deployment bill of materials (DBOM).

Privacy-Preserving Public Auditing For Secure Cloud Storage
ABSTRACT:
Using cloud storage, users can remotely store their data and enjoy the on-demand high-quality
applications and services from a shared pool of configurable computing resources, without the
burden of local data storage and maintenance. However, the fact that users no longer have
physical possession of the outsourced data makes the data integrity protection in cloud
computing a formidable task, especially for users with constrained computing resources.
Moreover, users should be able to just use the cloud storage as if it is local, without worrying
about the need to verify its integrity. Thus, enabling public auditability for cloud storage is of
critical importance so that users can resort to a third-party auditor (TPA) to check the integrity
of outsourced data and be worry free. To securely introduce an effective TPA, the auditing
process should bring in no new vulnerabilities toward user data privacy, and introduce no
additional online burden to user. In this paper, we propose a secure cloud storage system
supporting privacy-preserving public auditing. We further extend our result to enable the TPA
to perform audits for multiple users simultaneously and efficiently. Extensive security and
performance analysis show the proposed schemes are provably secure and highly efficient. Our
preliminary experiment conducted on Amazon EC2 instance further demonstrates the fast
performance of the design.

2. EXISTING SYSTEM:
In the Existing systems, the notion of public auditability has been proposed in the context of
ensuring remotely stored data integrity under different system and security models. Public
auditability allows an external party, in addition to the user himself, to verify the correctness of
remotely stored data. However, most of these schemes do not consider the privacy protection of
users’ data against external auditors. Indeed, they may potentially reveal user’s data to auditors.
This severe drawback greatly affects the security of these protocols in cloud computing. From
the perspective of protecting data privacy, the users, who own the data and rely on TPA just for
the storage security of their data, do not want this auditing process introducing new
vulnerabilities of unauthorized information leakage toward their data security.
DISADVANTAGES OF EXISTING SYSTEM:
Although the infrastructures under the cloud are much more powerful and reliable than
personal computing devices, they are still facing the broad range of both internal and
external threats for data integrity.
Second, there do exist various motivations for CSP to behave unfaithfully toward the cloud
users regarding their outsourced data status.
In particular, simply downloading all the data for its integrity verification is not a practical
solution due to the expensiveness in I/O and transmission cost across the network. Besides, it
is often insufficient to detect the data corruption only when accessing the data, as it does not
give users correctness assurance for those unaccessed data and might be too late to recover
the data loss or damage.
Encryption does not completely solve the problem of protecting data privacy against third-
party auditing but just reduces it to the complex key management domain. Unauthorized data
leakage still remains possible due to the potential exposure of decryption keys.
3. PROPOSED SYSTEM:
In this paper, we utilize the public key based homomorphic authenticator and uniquely integrate
it with random mask technique to achieve a privacy-preserving public auditing system for cloud
data storage security while keeping all above requirements in mind. To support efficient
handling of multiple auditing tasks, we further explore the technique of bilinear aggregate
signature to extend our main result into a multi-user setting, where TPA can perform multiple
auditing tasks simultaneously. Extensive security and performance analysis shows the proposed
schemes are provably secure and highly efficient. We also show how to extent our main scheme
to support batch auditing for TPA upon delegations from multi-users.
ADVANTAGES OF PROPOSED SYSTEM:
1. Public auditability: to allow TPA to verify the correctness of the cloud data on demand
without retrieving a copy of the whole data or introducing additional online burden to the
cloud users.
2. Storage correctness: to ensure that there exists no cheating cloud server that can pass the
TPA’s audit without indeed storing users’ data intact.
3. Privacy preserving: to ensure that the TPA cannot derive users’ data content from the
information collected during the auditing process.
4. Batch auditing: to enable TPA with secure and efficient auditing capability to cope with
multiple auditing delegations from possibly large number of different users
simultaneously
5. Lightweight: to allow TPA to perform auditing with minimum communication and
computation overhead.
4. MODULES:
1. Privacy-Preserving Public Auditing Module:
Homomorphic authenticators are unforgeable verification metadata generated from
individual data blocks, which can be securely aggregated in such a way to assure an
auditor that a linear combination of data blocks is correctly computed by verifying only
the aggregated authenticator. Overview to achieve privacy-preserving public auditing, we
propose to uniquely integrate the homomorphic authenticator with random mask
technique. In our protocol, the linear combination of sampled blocks in the server’s
response is masked with randomness generated by a pseudo random function (PRF). The
proposed scheme is as follows:

2. Batch Auditing Module:
With the establishment of privacy-preserving public auditing in Cloud Computing, TPA
may concurrently handle multiple auditing delegations upon different users’ requests.
The individual auditing of these tasks for TPA can be tedious and very inefficient. Batch
auditing not only allows TPA to perform the multiple auditing tasks simultaneously, but
also greatly reduces the computation cost on the TPA side.
3. Data Dynamics Module:
Hence, supporting data dynamics for privacy-preserving public risk auditing is also of
paramount importance. Now we show how our main scheme can be adapted to build
upon the existing work to support data dynamics, including block level operations of
modification, deletion and insertion. We can adopt this technique in our design to achieve
privacy-preserving public risk auditing with support of data dynamics.
