Mr. Satinder Kumar Thakral is a retired Assistant Director from ministry of Home
Affairs with more than 37 years of experience in India and abroad in the field of
Security, Management, Training, logistics, Liaisoning, Protocol and administration.
He has served in Kashmir and Punjab at the time of height of disturbances and
served the motherland. He is B.Sc, B.Ed from Punjab University, Chandigarh.
