1) Conveyor scales can be calibrated using multiple methods like weighed loads, test chains, static weights, or electronic calibration. When discrepancies occur between methods, one must be chosen as most accurate.
2) Material testing is the most valuable calibration method as it establishes the actual accuracy of the entire conveyor scale system under operating conditions.
3) No single calibration method is universally more accurate than others; they each have benefits for troubleshooting different components of the conveyor scale system. Material testing remains the definitive method for certifying system accuracy.

System designed for mining/industrial site use. • Sensors are temporarily installed onto conveyor to capture trend data. • Data is captured and streamed continuously back to office for analysis. • Sensors data is correlated with all other relevant operating data.
