After decades of service, many question whether they have been successful or failed in life. However, success is difficult to define and means different things to different people. While some view material wealth as a measure of success, others find fulfillment in contributions outside of financial gains. Ultimately, personal success depends on one's goals and achievements. Staying motivated, learning from mistakes, and doing work with passion and sincerity can help one find success on their own terms.
Getting and staying motivated requires developing the right mindset, momentum, and ways to stay on track. The key aspects of mindset include getting positive, confident, and hungry while accepting that setbacks will happen. Developing momentum involves focusing on small, positive goals; tracking progress; doing enjoyable tasks; taking breaks; and not fearing mistakes. Staying on track means keeping motivators and good company, only comparing yourself to your past self, continuing to learn, and helping others.

Any individuals who are in the business of leading, motivating and inspiring others should give careful consideration to embarking on a self-development program of any kind first to have a critical look at them. This is important to knowing yourself well in order to determine what areas that need further improvement.
Once an area of improvement is identified, then fixing it would be much simpler. I like to call this process the “scientific way” because it is an empirical approach in diagnosing the issues and rectifying it.
There is 3 processes involved in this:
1) Identifying 2) Admitting 3) Addressing
We begin by first identifying our focus and gaps. If we intend to change for the better, it is important we be outright honest with ourselves by asking simple questions first. What are our strengths, weaknesses and aspirations? Write it down onto a piece of paperBy these two individuals’ examples, you can tell that they each have very distinct personalities. Since we are all brought up differently due to our teachings and environment, we are moulded to who we are today.
Some might argue certain characteristics (strengths and weaknesses) are passed down from generation to generation, but these can be tweaked, granted if you have the intention to change in the first place.
Strength – is the fundamental aspect of yourself. It is what makes you who you are today! Certain people are attracted to you because you exhibit these types of traits that they want to emulate or know you better.
Weakness – the other brother of strength and everyone has it whether they admit it or not. These are the traits you want to consider improving.
Aspirations – Usually associated with your hopes and ambitions in achieving something.
Back to the individuals’ examples, Individual A is someone who is driven and ambitious and usually they are the people who are involved in corporate and sales line (I guess you can begin to picture some of your surrounding friends). They are dead right focused, goal- oriented and most likely loves challenges. On the flip side, they might turn out to be rather unkind and does not seem to appreciate the goodness in other people.
Inner Strength Manifesto

Now take a look at what you had wrote in the paper, I want you to embrace your strengths and begin to genuinely accept and acknowledge your weaknesses. Because you see, if you can’t even accept that part of yours, it is very hard to move forward to the next stage.
The irony?
Most people write down their “weaknesses” and frown, either they think it is a small matter or they find it difficult to admit.

The preface provides background on the author's journey from an unsuccessful background to becoming a successful speaker and consultant. It explains that success is predictable by learning from experts and doing what successful people do.
The document discusses the importance of effective communication. It states that effective communication helps avoid misunderstandings at work, allows people to express themselves, and enables deeper connections with others. It then discusses the "cone of learning" concept which suggests people are most likely to remember 90% of what they say and do, followed by 50% of what they see and hear simultaneously, and only 10% of what they only read. The document provides suggestions for applying this concept when communicating virtually. It suggests focusing on engagement over just information sharing to maximize retention and understanding.
This document contains an inner strength manifesto discussing personal growth. It begins by encouraging self-reflection to identify strengths, weaknesses, and aspirations for improvement. 1. “DO” THE SHORTCUT TO BRING SUCCESS.
Hi Team,
Mostly people love shortcut. We imagine that people who are successful have
somehow found a loophole that catapults them from struggling to Hero.
Does such a loophole, a “short-cut to success” really
exist among us?
It does, but it does NOT to most people who want to be
really more successful, happy and juiced about their
life.
Anyhow, many motivating words, articles and books
that have been written on and about success. I have
explored that all these can be reduced to 3 simple words, which is the crux and
bottom line of all these arty write-ups:-
1. Can 2. Will 3. Doing
Can
Can one actually do the thing(s) one wants? Upon consideration many people’s first
response it “No” and that internally generated “no” stops them practically. No in such
circumstances typically means one doesn’t know how. And the how of almost anything
is learnable. So a good position to start from is realizing that “Yes” one can do most
things, if one is willing to be open, look for ways-n-means to how and never let oneself
be stopped simply because the first, second, third response one gets (from himself or
by others) is no. No, in one striking thought, can be turn into a Yes.
Will
There are many things one can do. The real question is will one do them?
Will one do it? That depends on how one is wired oneself up to think about it.
This word “w i l l” speaks to the degree of willingness to do it, which in turn points to
motivation. This can be an internal or external force. The degree of motivation is the
lead factor to determine the applying force of “Will” to do.
Doing
If one can do it, have the desire to do it, then the only thing left is do it!
It’s the doing which creates the conditions upon which success emerges. Life
transforms. Life is transformed into Successful Life - Juicy Life and Happy Life.
“Can (do), will (do), doing.”
3 words which can be help one be more successful, when one uses them.
3 words that can transform one’s life.
I wish you a Huge Success by Practicing above Enablers.
Dr Sunil K Kapoor.
