DMPTool: Expert Resources and Support for Data Management Planning

This document describes improvements to the DMPTool, a web application that helps researchers create data management plans. The updates include more granular templates that are tailored to specific disciplines, funders, and questions. Institutions can be modeled in more detail, with separate access for departments or groups. Users are assigned roles to control authorization and access.
