Symphony provides workshops and seminars on personal and professional development. It uses a technique called DMIT (Dermatoglyphic Multiple Intelligence Test) to assess individuals' multiple intelligences based on fingerprints. DMIT analysis reveals aspects like intelligence distributions, learning styles, strengths and weaknesses. Knowing this can help people choose the right career and education paths, improve relationships, and reduce stress. Symphony says DMIT is a scientifically validated technique that has been used globally to help selection, training and self-improvement.

DMIT (Dermatoglyphics Multiple Intelligence Test) is a tool to discover the innate potential of an individual through the finger prints. These innate potentials can be nurtured to empower the individual to do better in life.
DMIT is an ancient Greek word (t means Derma =”Skin, Glyph =”carving”. It is scientific study of fingerprints. It reveals the congenital links between our fingers, qualities and talent. Medical experts and scientifically proven that our fingerprints helps individuals to unravel the innate potential.

Dermatoglyphics Multiple Intelligence Test ( DMIT) is a scientific way to discover the brain functioning and thus the certain behavioural and learning patterns of a person. This test helps to clear the cloud on mental blocks by suggesting the remedies to align them with one's unique personality.
This is used in many countries for Behavioural counselling, Job recruitments and promotions, Medical diagnosis, Marriage counselling etc.
In India it is more focussed on children's career and their personality development.

WHAT IS DERMATOGLYPHICS?
Scientific Study of fingerprints and skin grains is called Dermatoglyphics.
Its reveals the congenital links between our fingers and our intrinsic qualities and talents.
Many scientists and medical doctorate found that the born number of brain cells (learning potential) can be checked from the skin grains of one’s Fingerprints after long observatory, recordings, comparison and inductions.
The structural function of Cerebral Cortex can be analyzed from the skin grains.
Each child is uniquely gifted, yet parents and educators cannot clearly identify a child’s talents. Today, dermatoglyphics analysis can easily reveal our intrinsic qualities and talents. Dermatoglyphics, the study of the pattern on fingers and hands, has been proven that our fingerprints are uniquely intertwined with an individual’s genetic composition and central nervous system
Fingerprint analysis: Implications of genetic identifiers on the learning potential
While the scientific communities all over the world are still in awe of the potential of the Dermatoglyphics Multiple Intelligence Test (DMIT) in mapping human development potential, it has quietly made headways into academics. Based on the tenets of the seminal theory of Multiple Intelligences by Dr. Howard Gardner, the Dermatoglyphics Multiple Intelligence Test (DMIT) maps a scientifically accurate trajectory of skill-development and talent augmentation for individuals.
Based on the advanced, scientifically proven discipline of Dermatoglyphics, Dermatoglyphics Multiple Intelligence Test (DMIT) studies the unique developmental potential within an individual, by studying the ridges and undulations on his/her palms, toes and skin.
Edunext is a brand offering Dermatoglyphic Multiple Intelligence Test in the geographical location of Thane, and aiming to be a leading chain of DMIT providers through franchisees & sub – franchisees pan-India.

INTRODUCTION
One day, my students sat me down and ordered me to write this book. They wanted
people to be able to use our work to make their lives better. It was something I’d wanted to do
for a long time, but it became my number one priority.
My work is part of a tradition in psychology that shows the power of people’s beliefs.
These may be beliefs we’re aware of or unaware of, but they strongly affect what we want and
whether we succeed in getting it. This tradition also shows how changing people’s beliefs—even
the simplest beliefs—can have profound effects.
In this book, you’ll learn how a simple belief about yourself—a belief we discovered in
our research—guides a large part of your life. In fact, it permeates every part of your life. Much
of what you think of as your personality actually grows out of this “mindset.” Much of what may
be preventing you from fulfilling your potential grows out of it.
No book has ever explained this mindset and shown people how to make use of it in their
lives. You’ll suddenly understand the gre.

2024.06.01 Introducing a competency framework for languag learning materials ...Sandy Millin
http://sandymillin.wordpress.com/iateflwebinar2024
Published classroom materials form the basis of syllabuses, drive teacher professional development, and have a potentially huge influence on learners, teachers and education systems. All teachers also create their own materials, whether a few sentences on a blackboard, a highly-structured fully-realised online course, or anything in between. Despite this, the knowledge and skills needed to create effective language learning materials are rarely part of teacher training, and are mostly learnt by trial and error.
Knowledge and skills frameworks, generally called competency frameworks, for ELT teachers, trainers and managers have existed for a few years now. However, until I created one for my MA dissertation, there wasn’t one drawing together what we need to know and do to be able to effectively produce language learning materials.
This webinar will introduce you to my framework, highlighting the key competencies I identified from my research. It will also show how anybody involved in language teaching (any language, not just English!), teacher training, managing schools or developing language learning materials can benefit from using the framework.

Embracing GenAI - A Strategic ImperativePeter Windle
Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as Generative AI, Image Generators and Large Language Models have had a dramatic impact on teaching, learning and assessment over the past 18 months. The most immediate threat AI posed was to Academic Integrity with Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) focusing their efforts on combating the use of GenAI in assessment. Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable. The rapid evolution of AI technologies necessitates a proactive and strategic approach if we are to remain relevant.

The French Revolution, which began in 1789, was a period of radical social and political upheaval in France. It marked the decline of absolute monarchies, the rise of secular and democratic republics, and the eventual rise of Napoleon Bonaparte. This revolutionary period is crucial in understanding the transition from feudalism to modernity in Europe.

13. Dermatoglyphics
Dermatoglyphics is the scientific
study of the finger prints.
• Dermatoglyphics refers to the branch of
science which studies the patterns of skin’s
(dermal) ridges present on the fingers, toes
and the soles of human being. Its reveals the
congenital links between our fingers and our
intrinsic qualities and talents.
• Dermatoglyphics has absolute scientific basis,
with 200 years of research. It is analyzed and
proven with evidence in anthropology,
genetics, medicine and statistics.
• In recent years U.S., Japan, etc. have applied
Dermatoglyphics to diagnose Down’s
Syndrome, congenital disorders, genetic
abnormalities & it is used also in educational
fields, human resources management,
employee recruitment, etc.
13
14. Is Dermatoglyphics a form of fortune telling ?
Ans: Absolutely not.
Palmistry or Chiromancy is the divination of the future by interpretation of the concave
furrows of our palms. The lines of the palms are impermanent and will change over time.
According to over 7000 research papers and reports by various scientists, the
human brain is closely related to fingerprint patterns.
With the aid of computers, we can now analyze the brain composition, organization,
learning models and styles, nine intelligences and personalities. Dermatoglyphics
Multiple Intelligence Assessment is the science of comparing, analyzing, and classifying
the patterns of skin and ridge counts of each person's fingerprints.
The analysis does not tell one’s future, but rather gives a comprehensive insight
into one’s innate intelligence distributions, potentials, and preferred learning and
communication styles. The information contained in the Dermatoglyphics report
will not change with age, unlike the ones use by fortunetellers.
15. 1. Its reveals the congenital links between our
fingers and our intrinsic qualities and
talents.
2. With these test of talents and intelligences,
one can be best guided into educational,
personal and career success.
3. By knowing these potentials earlier, you
make effort to enhance and train your
weaknesses so that learning is most
pleasurable and effective. 15
16. Where Do Fingerprints Come From?
According to medical research, fingerprints are created before
birth. They are formed during the fetal development stage
between the 13th to 21st prenatal weeks.
Will Finger Prints Change?
No, our fingerprints are as invariable as they are
unique. Between year 1626 and1690, Spanish Dr.
Marcello Malphigi pioneered the scientific research on
fingerprints. He was also the first Professor or
anatomy to utilize the microscope to examine
fingerprints and record them. In his research, he
discovered that individual fingerprints are unique.
