A patient presented with a fusiform aneurysm involving the left middle cerebral artery (MCA) bifurcation and lower division. The aneurysm was treated with stent placement in the lower division of the MCA, followed by coil placement, which resulted in almost complete occlusion. Follow-up imaging later revealed growth of residual aneurysm, which was then treated with additional coil placement, achieving complete occlusion.
