PAARL REGISTRATION FEE: One thousand pesos (P1,000.00), non-refundable

• 6–month valid Philippine Passport
(Fax or submit a clear photocopy of your passport to (632) 687-2493 c/o Ms. Love Toledo
upon full payment of Registration Fee together with your deposit slip and registration form)
• Registration is on a “FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS”. Benchmarking tour is limited
to fifty (50) participants only.
• PAARL ONLY ACCEPTS APPLICATION WITH FULL PAYMENT Registration Fee of
P1000.00 (non-refundable) and 50% (P13,750.00) of the total travel package. Full payment is
due on or before September 14, 2012.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
P750.00 boarding fee and daily meals are not included in the registration fee except for breakfasts.
Expenses going to other Malaysian tourist destinations other than those indicated in the itinerary shall
be shouldered by the participants including transportation.
