significant role in maintaining the ecological equilibrium of our planet.Land serves as the foundation for all human activities and provides the necessary materials for
these activities. As the most crucial natural resource, its utilization by humans results in different
'Land uses,' which are determined by both human activities and the physical characteristics of the
land.
The utilization of land is impacted by human needs and environmental factors. In countries
like India, rapid population growth and the emphasis on extensive resource exploitation can lead
to significant land degradation, adversely affecting the region's land cover.
Therefore, human intervention has significantly influenced land use patterns over many
centuries, evolving its structure over time and space. In the present era, these changes have
accelerated due to factors such as agriculture and urbanization. Information regarding land use and
cover is essential for various planning and management tasks related to the Earth's surface,
providing crucial environmental data for scientific, resource management, policy purposes, and
diverse human activities.
Accurate understanding of land use and cover is imperative for the development planning
of any area. Consequently, a wide range of professionals, including earth system scientists, land
and water managers, and urban planners, are interested in obtaining data on land use and cover

- 2. Mise-En-Scene - costumes - • My artists costume(s) are Rasta themed which are the colours of red, green and yellow this Is because Bob Harley is a Rasta. This conforms to the protest theme because my character is wearing what they believe in and standing up for what they want. Further-more, this shows protest as my character is representing a group which he believes in.
- 3. Mise-En-Scene Costume breakdown Bob Harley: • Dreadlocks/ Rasta hat • Denim jacket • White top with lion (animal of power shows strength) in Rasta colours on the front • Joggers • Trainers

Mise-En-Scene • Props where deliberately kept very minimal to show you don’t need much/ anything in life to have the right to your rights. • My character was deliberately shown as someone who’s happy being themselves and a role model to people from minority backgrounds. Props: - Hat with the dreadlocks attached. - Everything else is all the natural environment. - Props -
- 5. • The lighting is all outside natural light except from when Bob Harley is inside looking into the mirror. • The natural lighting effect used reflects how real the problems are and doesn’t hide any impurities. • The lighting within the mirror scenes is deliberately dark as its supposed to reflect the isolation Bob Harley has had to go through. - 6. • There isn’t any additional sound added to the music video because it’s a protest song I wanted the lyrics to be heard and speak for themselves. • The song has an important message which is everyone struggling should stand up for their rights. - 7. • Due to Covid-19 restrictions I didn’t want to travel to a town or a city so I used a village high-street but it’s supposed to represent a busy urban area at a fast pace which nobody can see the inner struggle even though hundreds/ thousands of people are walking past. • The woodland area is to represent a peaceful natural environment that Bob Harley likes to go but even the fast pace world has caught up to some of the woodlands and has infested it with litter. This hurts the character of Bob Harley as he loves the environment making it more vital to stand up for something he believes in (freedom and rights) • Locations: Woodland, High-street (City/ town/ urban fast paced area). - 8. Narrative/ Plot • The basis of the video is Bob Harley wants people to understand the importance of everyone rights. The video has Bob Harley and Archie Smith living very similar lives but Bob Harley sees all the struggle going on around in all the minority groups in the world where as Archie Smith goes through life as a white male and doesn’t see the minority struggle and doesn’t care. This saddens Bob Harley which influences him to get anyone in a minority group to stand up for themselves and others in the same situation. • There is no happy ending in the video as its to show how real the situation is and it really throws the message into the viewer face instead of passively protesting.
- 9. Characteristics Bob Harley: He’s a young black male who loves nature and the environment. He’s sickened by the route society is taking towards minority groups and wants to make a change. He hopes to achieve this change through a peaceful protest (His song and music video). He aims to have a powerful music- video so it impacts viewer/ listeners to form the same opinion as himself and stand up for everyone’s rights. Further more, Bob Harley is a Rasta which is a religion in Jamaica developed in the 1930s which believe in one God (Jah). Black, male, Long Dreadlocks, Young, Naturist and very in touch with society. Archie Smith: He’s a middle age white man who Is very oblivious, occasionally litters and says a few off things. He’s a very stereotypical man but because of how oblivious and out of touch with society he doesn’t see the problems going on around him. White, male, short blonde hair, Middle age, doesn’t really care for the environment and very oblivious to society around him.
