Job Purpose:
Thisrolewillsupportthe Vice President of Finance, CFO, COO, and MD of
the Company with corporate level financial support and analysis related to
managing the business and evaluating strategic opportunities and
initiatives.
Main accountabilities:
Strategic Provide the financialsupportfor the IntegrationManagement Office,
includingcoordinationwithallIntegrationWorkstream Teamsand
Leaders.
Supportand coordinationofthe Annual Budget processthroughthe
globalfinanceorganizationandbusinessleadership:
o Identify key issues that influencethecurrentyear’s plan
o Definethe structureand output formatof the plan
Supportand coordination fortherollingmonthlyforecastthrough the
globalfinanceorganizationandbusinessleadership:
o Identify key issues that influencethecurrentyear’s forecast
o Definethe structureand output formatof the forecast
o Deliver to monthendtimetable
ParticipateinFinancialSystemsdevelopment,application,anduse
Supportthe VicePresident Financeinoverseeing theprocessfor group
managementreporting.
o Leadthe developmentof the formats, systems and processes
that are used to developmanagementreports.
o Ensureconsistency,transparency,efficiencyandaccuracy.
o Developprocessesto highlightissuesandinsightsthroughthe
reportingprocess.
o Drive/Develop in conjunctionwiththebusiness,performance
measures(includingFinancial,Productivity& Sales
information)enablingeffectivebusinessmanagementforthe
future
o Leadthe developmentandmaintenanceofthe processfor
reportingvariancesinthe monthlyresults. Define the format;
leadthe developmentof explanationsthatare clear,
transparent, accurate,insightfulandactionable.
Operational Maintainthe5 year forecastfor the business, withclarityand
transparencyroundassumptionsused,the risks andthe opportunities
Work with seniorfinanceandcompanyleadership topreparematerials
for Board presentationsandpresentationsto externalaudiencessuch
as lenders,investors, customers,analysts etc. Be awareof the
perspectiveof eachaudienceandinsurepresentationmaterialsare
appropriate,clear,accurateandconsistent. Maintainahistoryof all
materialsdevelopedalongwithbackupinformationondatasources,
assumptionsusedetc.

Provide historicaltrendanalysis andfinancialperformancedatafor the
group
Review & support proposeddevelopmentstothe Financeandother
businesssystems
Supportthe Groupforecastingandanalysisof historicaldata
WorkalongsidetheBPE department,providingexpertanalysisto
ensurethe productivity& efficiencydata produceddrivesmaximised
returns for the business
Management Buildand lead aneffective CorporateFP&Ateam providingguidance,
directionandreview
Ensurethe implementationofcompanypoliciesregardingperformance
managementiseffectivelyfollowed. Thisincludes conductingregular1
to 1 sessions includinghalf-yearlyand annualappraisals
Encourageandsupportthe developmentofall directreportsto ensure
currentandfuture requirementsofthe companyaremet
Ensurethat successionplansareinplaceforallkey CorporateFP&A
personnel
Customerfacing Work with customerstounderstandtheir workloads,costs,resources
andchallenges
Support, developand coachnon-financial managerstoenhancetheir
abilityto makebusinessdecisions
Developand maintaineffectivestrategic internalrelationshipswith
senior managementtogainbuy-in to Financialstrategies
