Purpose of this research is to determine the students' point of view about web based intelligent tutoring system's (WBITS) availability, effects on the success and contribution to learning about work, energy and conservation of energy topics. The system will be evaluated on student's angle of view. Intelligence tutoring system that used on the research is used only online by 21 Elementary School Math Teacher candidate for 4 weeks on Physics I course. Public opinion poll that developed by the researchers have used as a data gathering tool. Data gathered in this research has analyzed by descriptive statistical method. Participant students have underlined that web based intelligent tutoring systems are effective on physics courses. Mathematics teacher candidates have expressed their opinion that it is helpful to use the WBITS because it is not depending on time and place, it has capability to serve lots of events and problem solving possibility and it is helping to increase the education performance.

Introduction and objectives
The demands of the 21st century dictate that learners should be equipped with requisite skills to competently engage and perform in the new information age. These skills commonly referred to as 21st century skills include inter-alia; critical thinking, problem solving, collaboration, creativity and communication (Voogt & Pareja, 2012). When the learning opportunities presented by Information Communication Technology (ICT) are well utilized, they have a great potential to develop 21st century skills (Selwyn, 2007). In view of the above, the Kenyan Ministry of Education expects ICT to be widely deployed for teaching and learning in primary and secondary schools across Kenya (see Quality Education and Training for Vision 2030). However, a simple placement of hardware and/or software will not make ICT integration naturally follow (Earle, 2002). One of the key failures of many past programs in Africa – and the rest of the world - was that schools were provided with equipment but with little or no support for teachers’ professional development, national and local ICT policies, and/or community involvement (Agyei & Voogt, 2011).
Clearly, the primary factor that influences the effectiveness of learning is not the availability of ICT, but the capacity to integrate of ICT in the different subject areas, the scope of the current study. This study investigates a professional development program that provides not only support to equip secondary schools in Kenya with ICT. The VVOB program was designed from a school improvement point of view to support the process of capacity building for ICT integration in the curriculum. It built upon teachers’ existing practices and facilities their reflection of an inquiry into these practices (see Lim, Tondeur, Nastiti, & Paragan, 2010). The school would be a collaborative community to create engaging content that would be shared and assessed (cf. Arntzen & Krug, 2011). We aim to gain insight into whether and how this program affects secondary school teachers and practices regarding the educational use of ICT.
Method
A case study was conducted in four pilot schools - with no previous ICT investments - to examine the process of capacity building for ICT-integration in the context of secondary education in Kenya. Based on a mixed method research approach, this study aims to critically evaluate the prospects and challenges through the lens of stakeholders at the different aggregation levels: policy makers (macro level), district managers, principals, and ICT coordinators (school level), and teachers and pupils at the micro level.

The discussion will focus on the challenges and opportunities inherent in understanding how to prepare schools in developing countries for capacity building in the field of educational ICT use.

A systematic literature study including articles from 2016 to 2022 was done to evaluate the various approaches, technologies, and implementation models involved in measuring student engagement during learning. The review’s objective was to compile and analyze all studies that investigated how instructors can gauge students’ mental states while teaching and assess the most effective teaching methods. Additionally, it aims to extract and assess expanded methodologies from chosen research publications to offer suggestions and answers to researchers and practitioners. Planning, carrying out the analysis, and publishing the results have all received significant attention in the research approach. The study’s findings indicate that more needs to be done to evaluate student participation objectively and follow their development for improved academic performance. Physiological approaches should be given more support among the alternatives. While deep learning implementation models and contactless technology should interest more researchers. And, the recommender system should be integrated into e-learning system. Other approaches, technologies, and methodology articles, on the other hand, lacked authenticity in conveying student feeling.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of innovation and creativity in teaching on teachers’ performance in Kiminini Sub County Kenya. Study adopted descriptive survey design, stratified and simple random sampling techniques were used to select respondents from target population which comprised of Principals, Deputy Principals, Head of Departments, Teachers and Teachers Service Commission Sub County director of Kiminini. Study utilized structured questionnaires for Principals, Deputy Principals, Head of Departments, Teachers and interview guide for Teachers Service Commission TSC Sub County director in collection of data. The researcher conducted pilot study in Kiminini Sub County among the respondents who were not included in the study sample. The study used descriptive statistics to analyze data with aid of Statistical Package for Social Science SPSS for Quantitative Data, while qualitative data was analyzed by thematic. The findings of the study were presented in tables and pie charts. The study established that innovation and creativity influenced teachers performance as they yielded mean above 4.00. The findings of the study were vital as they informed school administrators that innovation and creativity were adequate in measuring and influencing teacher’s performance. TEACHER EDUCATORS’ PERCEPTION TOWARDS PEDAGOGICAL BENEFITS OF WIKI
This document summarizes a study on teacher educators' perceptions of the pedagogical benefits of using wikis. The study surveyed 150 teacher educators in Tirunelveli District, Tamil Nadu, India. Key findings include:
- Most teacher educators had a positive perception of wikis' benefits for teaching and learning. However, over 70% did not have their own wiki profile, largely due to lack of time or not wanting personal details published online.
- On average, teacher educators' perception of wikis' pedagogical benefits was at a medium level. There were no significant differences found based on gender, age, subject taught, relationship status, years of experience, or education level.

Hence the study was made regarding application of IT in secondary schools by students & teachers of class ix of Sitapur district.
Towards a Framework for ICTs Integration in Teacher Education in India
Teachers can only effectively integrate technology in their instruction if they are themselves knowledgeable about the technology. In India, several researches have pointed out challenges hindering effective integration of ICTs in teacher education programme that raise the questions: What is missing in the teacher education and training curriculum? Is there skill training and maintenance for teachers? Do the teacher training institutions have the necessary infrastructure for ICT integration? This paper reports on the findings of a study that attempted to respond to these questions and suggests a possible framework for the successful implementation of teacher training programmes that make advantageous use of appropriate ICTs. It suggests that seven fundamental principles of good practice should be addressed for such programmes to be effective: a shift from an emphasis on ‘education for ICT’ to the use of ‘ICT for education’; an integration of ICT practice within the whole curriculum; a need for integration between pre-service and in-service teacher training; a need for the development of relevant and locally produced content; a need for appropriate educational partnerships; accepting a practice driven approach; and an emphasis on the development of sustainable costing models. Build on modern notions of teaching-learning activities, the paper concludes with a proposed course of action to leverage the real benefits of ICTs for teacher education in India.
RESEARCH ICT
This document summarizes a study on Malaysian teachers' levels of ICT integration and its perceived impact on teaching and learning. A questionnaire was administered to 2,661 teachers nationwide. The results showed that teachers' ICT integration in the classroom is at a low level, while pre-integration (such as preparing materials) is at a moderate level. Teachers perceive ICT has a positive impact on their teaching, but time constraints may hinder its use. They also feel ICT influences students' learning positively. The findings indicate a need for more teacher training on classroom ICT integration to fully realize the benefits of technology initiatives in Malaysian education.

receiving the learning management was higher than before the learning management at the .05 level. 3)

The Use of Teachers Communication Forum Through an Open Educational Resource ...
:The purpose of this study was to examinethe use of discussion or communication forum for
teachers as one of the features provided in the Guru Pintar Online website. There were 240 respondents
participated in the study. The instrument in the study was consisted of a list of questionsrelated to the use of the
communication forum. In addition to the questionnaire, this study used a focus group discussion to collect
information on the use of the communication forum in depth. The results showed that the majority of
respondents(94%) use the Guru Pintar Online in order to increase their knowledge on learning materials and
teaching strategies. The results also indicated that 97% respondents enjoycommunicatingwithcolleagueson
learning issues and 88% of participants agreed that the forum becoming a tooltoseek
helpfromcolleaguesandpeers. In general, the result showed a positive attitude towards the use of the Internet,
and the majority of respondents wereintent to use the website continuously. The use of Guru Pintar Online
website has given an excellent result as a means of providing clinical services to teachers

This research aims to design a web-based multimedia applications, interactive learning, in order to improve the learning outcomes of students, especially students of Vocational High School. Multimedia Learning has been designed with some additional content in the form of applications: decision support system for multimedia usage based on Model of Multimedia Learning Success. The population obtained from respondents vocational school in Central Java, which is already implementing multimedia learning. The method used is qualitative analysis in the form of: the development of multimedia learning integrated with decision support systems. Design and implementation of multimedia learning success system that is abbreviated "Sikemuning". Sikemuning can be used to measure or provide guidance for teachers in the use of multimedia. Interviews with several respondents teachers from vocational schools in Central Java showed that: the system success multimedia learning developed in this study can be used as feedback to assess the success and effectiveness of the implementation of learning activities, multimedia learning can improve the performance and intelligence of vocational school students.

This study aims to investigate the meaningful pattern that can be used to improve digital culture in higher education based on parameters of the technology acceptance model (TAM). The methodology used is the data mining technique with K-means algorithm and text analytics. The experiment using questionnaire data with 2887 respondents in Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. The data analysis and clustering result show that the perceived usefulness and behavioral intention to use information systems are above the normal value, while the perceived ease of use and actual system use is quite low. Strengthened with text analytics, this research found that the EDA and K-means result in harmony with the hope or desire of academic society the information system implementation. This research also found how important the socialization and guidance of information systems, especially the new one information system, in order to improve digital culture in higher education.

This study surveyed Information and Communications Technology (ICT) awareness, utilization and challenges in managing secondary schools in Onitsha Education Zone. Three research questions guided the study. The study adopted the descriptive survey research design. The population comprised 80 respondents made up of all the 32 principals and 48 Computer Science teachers in Secondary Schools in Onitsha Education Zone of Anambra State. The researchers studied the entire population since it was not large. The instrument for data collection was a structured type questionnaire developed by the researcher. It validated by experts and the reliability was established using the split half method which yielded a coefficient value of 0.80 using the Pearson product moment correlation coefficient. Data was analyzed using the mean method for the three research questions. From the findings of the study, it was found that principals to a high extent are aware of ICT facilities used in school management but utilize them to a low extent. Recommendations were proffered based on the findings of the study and they include: increased provision of ICT facilities used in school management by the government, training and retraining of principals on ICT utilization and testing of principals skills on ICT before appointment amongst others.The Influence of Flipped Learning on Attitudes of Students towards Technology...
The basic aim of this study is to determine the influence of Flipped learning on attitudes of students towards technology in the 8th grade math lesson. The workgroup of this study is consisted of the 8th grade students of Mithatpaşa Secondary School that is in the centre of Giresun. Two of the 5 eighth grade classes were included in the study. One of the classes that has 32 students is determined as the experimental group and the other class that has 30 students is determined as the control group. In the study, in the forming of the both experimental and control groups, „rendom sampling method‟ that is one of the probability based sampling methods was used. The findings were collected by using both qualitative and quantitative data collection tools. Before-after application in the quantitative size, to determine the attitudes of students towards technology „The Turkey version of students‟ attitudes scale towards technology (PATT-TR)‟ that has 24 items and that was developed by Yurdagül and Aşkar (2008) was applied to the experimental and control groups. During the application, videos that are appropriate for the lesson content were prepared for the experimental group which was determined as flipped classroom and these videos were uploded to „Education information Network‟ by the teacher. Finally, at the end of the qualitative practice, qualitative data were collected by usingsemi-structured interview form and using document analysis developed by Koç (2016)

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of innovation and creativity in teaching on teachers’ performance in Kiminini Sub County Kenya. Study adopted descriptive survey design, stratified and simple random sampling techniques were used to select respondents from target population which comprised of Principals, Deputy Principals, Head of Departments, Teachers and Teachers Service Commission Sub County director of Kiminini. Study utilized structured questionnaires for Principals, Deputy Principals, Head of Departments, Teachers and interview guide for Teachers Service Commission TSC Sub County director in collection of data. The researcher conducted pilot study in Kiminini Sub County among the respondents who were not included in the study sample. The study used descriptive statistics to analyze data with aid of Statistical Package for Social Science SPSS for Quantitative Data, while qualitative data was analyzed by thematic. The findings of the study were presented in tables and pie charts. The study established that innovation and creativity influenced teachers performance as they yielded mean above 4.00. The findings of the study were vital as they informed school administrators that innovation and creativity were adequate in measuring and influencing teacher’s performance. TEACHER EDUCATORS’ PERCEPTION TOWARDS PEDAGOGICAL BENEFITS OF WIKI
This document summarizes a study on teacher educators' perceptions of the pedagogical benefits of using wikis. The study surveyed 150 teacher educators in Tirunelveli District, Tamil Nadu, India. Key findings include:
- Most teacher educators had a positive perception of wikis' benefits for teaching and learning. However, over 70% did not have their own wiki profile, largely due to lack of time or not wanting personal details published online.
- On average, teacher educators' perception of wikis' pedagogical benefits was at a medium level. There were no significant differences found based on gender, age, subject taught, relationship status, years of experience, or education level.

ABSTRACT: The information technology incorporated in education provides a vision of better quality education facilitated through the adoption and promotion of IT. In education IT is helpful to provide database, to provide students access to digital technologies and internet in and outside the classroom and provides self paced learning through the tools like assignment and evaluation of learners. it also provide quality digital content access to the teachers immediate two way communication between teacher and learner. However, a feedback study was felt to have actual idea of advancement in education due to IT in the small towns like Sitapur. Hence the study was made regarding application of IT in secondary schools by students & teachers of class ix of Sitapur district.
Towards a Framework for ICTs Integration in Teacher Education in India
Teachers can only effectively integrate technology in their instruction if they are themselves knowledgeable about the technology. In India, several researches have pointed out challenges hindering effective integration of ICTs in teacher education programme that raise the questions: What is missing in the teacher education and training curriculum? Is there skill training and maintenance for teachers? Do the teacher training institutions have the necessary infrastructure for ICT integration? This paper reports on the findings of a study that attempted to respond to these questions and suggests a possible framework for the successful implementation of teacher training programmes that make advantageous use of appropriate ICTs. It suggests that seven fundamental principles of good practice should be addressed for such programmes to be effective: a shift from an emphasis on ‘education for ICT’ to the use of ‘ICT for education’; an integration of ICT practice within the whole curriculum; a need for integration between pre-service and in-service teacher training; a need for the development of relevant and locally produced content; a need for appropriate educational partnerships; accepting a practice driven approach; and an emphasis on the development of sustainable costing models. Build on modern notions of teaching-learning activities, the paper concludes with a proposed course of action to leverage the real benefits of ICTs for teacher education in India.
RESEARCH ICT
This document summarizes a study on Malaysian teachers' levels of ICT integration and its perceived impact on teaching and learning. A questionnaire was administered to 2,661 teachers nationwide. The results showed that teachers' ICT integration in the classroom is at a low level, while pre-integration (such as preparing materials) is at a moderate level. Teachers perceive ICT has a positive impact on their teaching, but time constraints may hinder its use. They also feel ICT influences students' learning positively. The findings indicate a need for more teacher training on classroom ICT integration to fully realize the benefits of technology initiatives in Malaysian education.

:The purpose of this study was to examinethe use of discussion or communication forum for
teachers as one of the features provided in the Guru Pintar Online website. There were 240 respondents
participated in the study. The instrument in the study was consisted of a list of questionsrelated to the use of the
communication forum. In addition to the questionnaire, this study used a focus group discussion to collect
information on the use of the communication forum in depth. The results showed that the majority of
respondents(94%) use the Guru Pintar Online in order to increase their knowledge on learning materials and
teaching strategies. The results also indicated that 97% respondents enjoycommunicatingwithcolleagueson
learning issues and 88% of participants agreed that the forum becoming a tooltoseek
helpfromcolleaguesandpeers. In general, the result showed a positive attitude towards the use of the Internet,
and the majority of respondents wereintent to use the website continuously. The use of Guru Pintar Online
website has given an excellent result as a means of providing clinical services to teachers

Proposal Indonesia Statement of commitment to engage in action research (paragraph): • ICE Institute is a marketplace of online courses in Indonesia, established in 2021, and supported by 43 partner institutions in Indonesia as well as abroad. Since its inception, ICE Institute offers students and the public unbundled courses for credit transfer as well as for capacity building and reskilling purposes. In addition to the online course offerings, ICE Institute also actively participate in various studies, and the latest has been Micro- Credentials Use Cases in Indonesia (Basaruddin & Pannen, 2022) under the auspices of UNESCO Bangkok. • • ICE Institute herewith expresses its interest and commitment to conducting action research on the implementation of Higher Education Teaching Personnel Digital Competency for Indonesia HE. The case study is intended to capture the mapping of digital competencies and skills of lecturers in Indonesia, analysis of potential CPD programs, and implementation strategies of the program. The research will be conducted through the collaboration of the ICE Institute and the 8 members of the consortium.
