People Chief Operating Officer
Reporting to the Chief People Officer and a member of the People Leadership Team
Responsibilities include:-
• Facilitate the on going development and execution of the people strategy
• Create and sustain an environment where the strategic people initiatives thrive
• Own the People Technology Strategy
• Own and optimise the People functional budget
• Develop and apply leading edge, global people analytics and insights
• Lead existing and develop new people shared services that can be a adopted globally
• Maximise the outcomes and rhythm of senior Leadership meetings (e.g. the CEO Conference)
• Lead global people operations decision making.
