research proposal gives a framework for turnaround schools to increase the F rating to a better
rating. The benefits of the framework will include the following: To maintain retention for new and

An individual can belong to one or many cultures. Culture is what makes a person unique and in
some ways can define an individual. Within the various cultures there are symbols and artifacts
that are culture specific and have deep meaning. I identify myself with the Hispanic and Middle
Eastern cultures. From my family roots I have learned information about my ancestors and some
examples of specific items that have a unique meaning. For example, in regards to my Hispanic
culture, one symbol that is recognized is Our Lady of Guadalupe. She is also recognized as the
Virgin of Guadalupe and has the title of the Virgin Mary associated with a celebrated pictorial
image in Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe in Mexico City (Catholic Online). Growing up as a
child I attended private catholic school from Kindergarten through my senior year of high
school. During this time it was a requirement that fellow pupils and myself take a religion class
focused on the catholic faith. It was in my early years that I first encountered information

to overpower God. Instead, he blames God for exposing him to power and fame.

The books that I read were The Crossover and Guitar Notes . The main characters of The
Crossover are Josh and Jordan who are twins. The main characters of Guitar Notes are Lyla and
Tripp who are best friends. The Crossover is mainly about two brothers who play basketball and
overcome conflict that tries to separate them or gets in their way. Guitar Notes is mainly about
two best friends who want to play the guitar but can t and something is stopping them from
doing so. Both books have similar themes of trying not to let anyone get in their way of doing
what they love. The way that the themes of Guitar Notes and The Crossover are similar is they
both have similar conflicts as well. They both have something or someone gets in the way of
doing what the characters want to do. The theme of The Crossover is that you have to overcome
