UNIT 4
« Alcohol is too cheap and it is too easy for teenagers to buy it ».
Drinking alcohol for 14 years old is becoming more commom in the world. So this is a
serious problem. There are often discussions about it on the Internet and on TV.
I understand the pressures teenagers face to drink. They want to be cool, or they want to
look older. Some shops that sell alcohol, let the children to buy it. In my opinion too many
people drink alcohol when it isn´t necessary. When someone is 14, they are definitely too
young to do that. There is too much preassure on teenegers to copy the bad example of
some adults.
In conclusion I think that, in most cases, teenagers are irresposible and stupid if they drink
alcohol. Some Parents are not responsible enough. They need to give strong, clear support
and advice to teenagers, and help them think positively.
