The article examines the complex relationship between terrorism and human security, highlighting how traditional counterterrorism methods are insufficient and emphasizing the need for a comprehensive approach that intertwines development, human rights, and national security. Utilizing qualitative research, the findings suggest that addressing terrorist threats requires understanding individual motivations and recognizing the multifaceted dimensions of human security. The study underscores the significance of redefining security in a way that prioritizes individual dignity and societal well-being, particularly in the context of global challenges such as poverty, political instability, and extremism.
