committed to deliver the market need of school and
stationery item. It is a business partnership company in
Saudi Arabia. It was establish since 1990 as
pioneering. It is a distribution company of the school
and office supply products.

help to choose a career field, to prepare for
interviewing, and to get the inside scoop on a

It is important For employees and managers to
have a proper knowledge of what is required
from each job and what needs to be done it is
important to have job descriptions.

Job analysis Technique Used - Using online
resources and books
They update their Job analysis every two year for
the senior positions and others are re-visited
when needed
Al Khairat Company
Their job description have given us an idea of
how the person needs to work but it is too long
and this needs to be shorten and made to the
point as no one will read it all.
It does not even look professional as it is not
describing what the work is exactly, what the
requirements are and what is needed to be done.

Al Khairat Company uses two kinds of interview
methods: face to face (FTF) and virtual
technology, but they prefer to do (FTF) methods
when interviewing.
At Al Khairat Company, the training is done on
need basis not regularly.
Performance Management &
Compensation
At Al Khairat Company do not have any
performance appraisal system in place as they are
working on getting one, and they would like to do it
on a yearly basis.
Al Khairat Company is a medium company so they
do not offer much to the employees. They only offer
Medical Insurance for them.
