This document provides information about a developing resilience course that teaches strategies for increasing one's ability to bounce back from challenging life events. The course covers identifying signs of declining resilience, common factors affecting resilience, and techniques for building resilience. Attendees will learn to recognize when life gets overwhelming, understand what triggers declines in wellbeing, and choose techniques to increase their ability to cope with difficulties and bounce back. The interactive half-day workshop incorporates individual and group exercises, discussions, skills practice, and tutor input.
