Quality’s to overcome
• In todays real world approach ,the technological solutions that can be adapted in
competitive world for effectively usage of 3D printer .
• The solutions Should be :-
 Reliable
 Affordable
 Socially acceptable
 Easy to use
 Accurate
 Versatile
 Dynamic function
 So on………

Specification
• Polar co-ordinates
• Higher Accuracy
• Less number of movable parts.
• Greater the Bed size.
• Easy to handle and portable.
• Printing Size: 210mm diameter disk x 200mm height
• Precision: 0.01mm (position/printing)
• Speed: up to 200mm/s positioning, up to 150mm/s printing

Comparison
Polar printer
• Works on polar
system.
• Circular bed
shape.
• Good printing
speed.
• Less assembly
parts required.
Cartesian printer
• Works on
Cartesian
system.
• Square bed
shape.
• Good stability.
• Easy to config.
Delta printer
• Works on
cartesian
system.
• Any regular
shape.
• Highly
accurate.

Progress till :8th-September-2017
• Running polar for the first time.
• Get the idea of “How to troubleshooting about some specific problem”.
• Ordered Arduino Mega and RAMPS from Amazon.
• Get the source code and supplementary material.
• Configured Marlin accordingly and tested.
• Encountered some problems like
 Not properly Interfacing of pronterface with printer.
 Not properly working of the display with given supply .
 Offset of the printer from the center (origin).
• Configured silc3r software for the better generating of the Gcodes and better
understanding of the machine by software.
• OUTCOME……………next slide.

Description of the video-1
• In the above video, I have analysis that the independtly all
motors are working and when I give the print command then
z-motor lower’s the extruding carriage and then hit end stop
and then nothing happens after it.
• The problem arises that “ why the others motor are not
working all together?”.
• So as I am working on it further this problems get to be
solved in future.
