Çarşamba Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School was established in 1990 in Çarşamba, Turkey, about 37 km east of Samsun. It has 943 students, 109 teachers, and is staffed by a headmaster and 5 assistant principals. The school aims to provide vocational education and job training to students according to sector expectations. It has 7 departments: Informatics, Electrical-Electronics, Machinery, Furniture, Construction, Motor Vehicles, and Metal Technology. The school has technologically equipped classrooms and workshops to train students for careers in their chosen fields.

HIGH SCHOOL PRESENTATION
My schoolwas established in 1990 and located in Çarşamba, 37
kilometres east of Samsun.Theschoolis staffed by a headmaster, 5 assistant
principal ,109 teachers and total students number is 943.Itconsists of 22
workshops, 34 classes and an indoor sports hall. Itis a big schooland it is
placed on area 26000 meter.
Our mission is to give vocational education in line with the expectations of
the sector by providing knowledge, skills and job training for our students to
follow the developments and changes in the world to train happy individuals
who are beneficial to their country.
The schoolhas technologically equipped educational enviroments with
the help of experienced teachers and student-centered policies.There are 7
departments in the school.They are Informatics,Electrical-
Electronics,Machinary,Furniture,Construction, Motor Vehicles and Metal
Technology.
Electrical and Electronics:
Turkish electric-electronic industry increaseday by day
and it has the power of improvingown desings and
Technologies. The students arecapableof Office
machinery,electrical household appliances service,audio-
visual systems,security systems,comunication network
and systems.
Construction:
Construction industry existwhenever human live.The
industry forms of Turkish economy’s %50.
The students made landscapedesign in our school’s
garden.The students areeducated in these fields;
landscapedesign,restoration ,interior decoration design
,woodwork and PVC work.

Machinery and Metal Field:
This field is found next to bigfactories .Machines arein every
part of life.The students work on every machine partand
trouble shootingto fabricatea robot,you need the knowledge
of electric-electronic besides softwareand machine.
The students are trained about CNC,mechatronics, diesinking
and machine design.
Motor Vehicles:
The automative industry,automative sector grow and devolop
rapidly.So the departmant follows these devolopments in the
foreign companies,the teacher and students did intership in
Germany for three weeks by the Leonardo da Vinci Project.They
have Mercedes-Benz department in the workshop. My country
hope to produce its own car as soon as possible.
İnformatics:
The computing sector is devolopingvery fast.The highestusing
of techological devoloment has become an industry
branch.This field has 5 computer loborotires and students
learn how to program web-site ,technical serviceand network.
Furniture:
This departmant combines artand engineering.Students
learn how to use coloring,polisher,glass,plastic,steel and
metal with woodworks.My school designed other school’s
furniture likechairs,table,cup board and got money for
school’s budget.
