Instruction: Read the situation given and answer the follow ing tas k.
Situation
You are the Manager of a hyperrnarket at Kota Perdana selling a range of item s from
household goods to groceries, electrical appliances and clothes. The building is a non­
smoking area, and staff are only allowed to smoke outsi de the building. Th us, for staff
who smoke, they generally do so behind the store roo m. However, right next to the store
room is the back entrance to the adjoining shop. The ow ner of the shop has complained
abo ut the cigarette butts and rubbish that are often left on the floor outside the back
entrance of his shop. To address this problem, you have arranged for two containers to
be used as an ashtray and a garbage bin to be placed near the store room.
