Dennis Duffy has 25 years experience in claims management, risk

He is currently a consultant with Praxiom Risk Management where he works
to assist clients in the administration and management of their claims. His
experience allows him to develop effective, creative, cost solutions for

Dennis’ work experience gave him the opportunity to view claims

Here he gained a ground level understanding and experience in the processing of claims. This
eventually led to managing claims services and setting up the operations of a Third Party Claim
Service Company. His background offered him a perspective on how TPA services are developed and
how they can be designed to meet client’s expectations.
Corporate Risk Management
During his employment as a member of the corporate risk management team, he acted as corporate
claims manager for a fortune 200 company. This experience was instrumental in understanding how
insurance and claims programs need to be creatively designed to meet the client’s specific needs.
From this experience, he gained a unique perspective on how service programs must be developed
from the client’s perspective.
Insurance Consulting Services
Most recently, Dennis completed ten years of employment as a claims consultant for Aon Risk
Services. In this position he helped coordinate the claim services with all other aspects of the client’s
insurance program and gained vast experience working with a broad variety of companies.
Dennis continues to work with clients, assisting them with creative, cost effective, methods for
controlling and mitigating the cost of claims. Currently, he is helping clients reduce their workers’
compensation liability by incorporating medical management and casualty claims techniques.
