Dindi DeAngelo is the managing partner and co-founder of Praxiom Risk Management, LLC. She has over 15 years of experience in risk management, safety, and business operations. Dindi provides risk management solutions for clients across various industries and also serves as a managing partner and consultant for The Integrita Group, a risk management consulting firm. Prior to founding her own companies, Dindi held several risk management roles with increasing responsibilities, implementing programs that significantly reduced losses. She has a bachelor's degree in biological and biomedical science and a master's in public health.

Dindi DeAngelo has more than 15 years of broad‐based
experience in risk management, safety, business operations and is
the co‐founder of Praxiom Risk Management. Dindi provides risk
management solutions for clients in a wide range of industries.
Dindi also serves as a managing partner and risk management
consultant for The Integrita Group, LLC ‐‐ a high touch risk
management consulting firm with a specialty in risk management
support services for independent insurance agencies and
Professional Employer Organizations (PEO). In this capacity, Dindi
has successfully assisted organizations with a wide range of
services including the development and implementation of mission critical risk management
operations such as risk control servicing platforms, claims management, agency management
systems, Risk Management Information Systems (RMIS), and Client Relationship Management
(CRM) systems. In addition, she has assisted national account level organizations in the design
and implementation of leadership, cultural and change initiatives.
Prior to founding Praxiom and The Integrita Group, Dindi was the Director of Risk
Management Consulting Solutions for Advantec. In that role, she was responsible for
management of all field consulting services and risk management product development for
over 550 Advantec clients. Dindi also served as the Sr. Risk Manager at Inprimis, Inc., a publicly
held company specializing in high‐tech manufacturing and data communications software
design. During her tenure, she implemented a comprehensive environmental, health and
safety program that reduced workers’ compensation losses by 87%. As a result, she was
recognized by The National Safety Council and was awarded the Hartford Insurance Group’s
Pewter Stag Award for distinguished achievement in Accident Prevention. She also oversaw
the company’s insurance program and led and coordinated cross‐functional teams to develop
company‐wide disaster preparedness and recovery plans. Dindi also worked for Columbia
Healthcare Corporation/HCA as a Risk Management Assistant at University Hospital. Her duties
included assisting with medical malpractice liability claims and litigation, maintaining the
hospital’s incident management system, and maintaining facility wide environmental
monitoring, hazardous waste, safety and disaster preparedness and recovery programs.
Dindi received her bachelor’s degree in Biological and Biomedical Science from Barry
University and her Masters of Public Health degree in Environmental and Occupational Health
from Florida International University. Dindi is also fluent in Spanish and is a certified Maxwell
Leadership facilitator. Dindi resides in Florida with her husband Joe.
