Lance Crawford is a risk management advisor for Praxiom Risk Management with over twelve years of experience in financial services. He has previously worked as a benefits advisor, senior audit associate, senior financial analyst, and producing branch manager. Lance holds several insurance and financial licenses and has degrees in accounting. He serves his community through alumni and conservation organizations.

Lance has more than twelve years of financial services industry
experience. Prior to joining Praxiom, Lance worked as a Benefits
Advisor for multi‐million dollar commercial risk management
agency. Lance also worked as a Senior Audit Associate and a
Senior Financial Analyst for a national accounting firm.
Lance also has experience as a Producing Branch Manager for
America’s Mortgage Broker. His background has prepared him to
provide thorough financial analysis in meeting the needs of the
Praxiom’s clients. Lance currently holds General Lines, Health
and Life Insurance licenses for the state of Florida. He has held
CPA, Real Estate, and Mortgage licenses.
Lance is a veteran of the US Army, having served in Germany prior to the unification. He has
Master’s and Bachelor’s Degrees in Accounting from the Fisher School of Accounting at the
University of Florida. He currently serves as Vice President‐Academics for the Pinellas County
Gator Club and is a life member of the UF Alumni Association, Coastal Conservation
Association, and the PGA Tour Partners.
Lance lives in St. Petersburg, Florida, with his wife, Lindsey, and their children, Cameron and
Jordan.
