channel access scheme. In this proposed work, the priority of each vehicle is calculated based on its
stature on the road and access category. The proposed approach can ensure successful transmission
reducing collision leading to overall throughput improvement.

Using traffic flow for cluster formation in VANET

Abstract:
Much attention has been attracted to the research of cooperative automatic driving that focuses on safety and efficiency by sharing the data obtained from sensor information of a vehicle. In addition, dynamic maps, a common information and communication platform for the integrated management of shared sensor information, are under consideration. A vehicle always sends data to a server that manages the dynamic map, and the server runs applications for driving support and control on the basis of the data, so fast information processing is required. However, congestion is a concern when data is continuously sent from vehicles to the server at high transmission intervals and when many vehicles are managed by dynamic maps on the server. In addition, the data transmission interval from the vehicle required by the road characteristics differs in actual traffic environments. Therefore, congestion can be alleviated by adjusting the transmission interval of data from the vehicle in consideration of road characteristics. In this paper, a platform for a dynamic map consisting of a server and a vehicle is constructed. We have also implemented a priority processing function that sets the priority for each section of a lane, and adjusts the transmission interval on the basis of the characteristics of the road around the vehicle.

Therefore, congestion can be alleviated by adjusting the transmission interval of data from the vehicle in consideration of road characteristics. In this paper, a platform for a dynamic map consisting of a server and a vehicle is constructed. We have also implemented a priority processing function that sets the priority for each section of a lane, and adjusts the transmission interval on the basis of the characteristics of the road around the vehicle.

VANET Clustering

The information and communication technologies (ICT) integrate different types of wireless communication to
provide IT-enabled services and applications. The great majority end devices are equipped with multiple network
interfaces such as Wi-Fi and 4G. Our goal is to integrate the available network interfaces and technologies to
enhance seamless communication efficiency and increase resources utilization. We proposed a heterogeneous
network management algorithm based on machine learning methods which includes roaming and sharing
functions. The roaming function provides the multiple network resources in physical and media access control
layers. The sharing function supports multiple network resources allocation and the service handover process
based on the Multi-Path TCP protocol. The simulation result also shows that the proposed scheme can increase
the network bandwidth utilization effectively. The sharing system could be used in home, mobile and vehicular
environments to realize ubiquitous social sharing networks.

propose an agent based intelligent information dissemination model for VANETs. Safety information like
cooperative driving, accident, road condition warnings, etc. play a major role for applications of VANET.
Safety information dissemination poses a major challenge of delay-sensitive nature. This paper proposes
an agent based model for intelligent information dissemination in VANETs. Proposed model uses
cognitive agent concept for realizing intelligent information dissemination. To test the efficiency of the
model, proposed scheme is simulated using NS-2 simulator. Some of the performance parameters
analyzed are bandwidth utilized, push latency and push/pull decision latency.
Results of simulation modeling of technical parameters of a multiservice network
In a scientific article, the authors presented the results of simulation modeling of the technical parameters of a multiservice network. As a model of a multiservice communication network for the computational experiment, the model proposed in the previous scientific publications of the author was chosen. The selected model uses the Laplase-Stilles transform. Simulation modeling was carried out using the technical parameters of the multiservice network’s availability factor and network load. Scientific results of experimental research work are given in the form of tables. Relations of the probability of betime servicing of an application on the load of a multiservice communication network for various availability factors and the probability of untimely service of an application on the availability factor for numerous network loadings are obtained. The character of the distribution of costs necessary for the implementation of solutions for different categories of technical operation is shown. Scientific research on determining the objective function’s minimum value is presented in graphs and diagrams. The results of simulation modeling of the technical parameters of multiservice networks are presented in the form of diagrams using the Matlab software environment.

Deployment: The project encompassed a total of 48 trains for Delhi Metro Lines 5 and 6. A Train Integrated Management System (TIMS Unit) was installed in the engine bay at both ends of each of the trains. Each train was then equipped with two mesh antennae. The devices affixed to the trains will communicate with the maintenance terminals utilizing TCP/IP protocols as in a client-server environment. Once the data transmission between the trains and the maintenance terminals is completed, the connection will automatically terminate. Only after the submission of train data and approval from the yard can the trains depart. Upon reaching the next station, the trains will again transmit data to the maintenance terminals, await approval and then depart. This tiered process allows for complete transparency to enable remote maintenance monitoring and scheduling for the 48 trains in use.

Page 2 ENABLING PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION Mobile Mesh Applied: Conclusion: Mobile Mesh Solutions allow for enhanced connectivity and access solutions for both passengers and operators aboard the train. The following diagram represents how access to bandwidth can and has enabled functionality for the Delhi Metro Project. The utilization and deployment of a mesh network throughout Delhi Metro Lines 5 and 6 has improved maintenance protocols, scheduling, and transparency of vital train functions and most importantly the efficiency of the 48 trains in use. The wireless transmission of Train Fault Data (TFD) allows for real time access to TFD enabling instantaneous resolution and management of any issues affecting effective operation of the specified trains.
