Job Profile –Senior Project Engineer (Product Sales)
Primary responsibility is to sell Satake’s equipment by providing engineering expertise, which include providing
project consultancy, engineering support. Provide field troubleshooting services and other operational issues by
dedicated team working under my supervision in dedicated territory. Allocation and utilizing of resources in
setting up of plants for the processing and sorting of agricultural products such as rice, grains and other
commodities.
Job Responsibilities
 Driving Satake’s Product Sales for the Plant Machinery, Providing specifications, quotes. Negotiation
and management of customer from pre-Sales to order finalization.
 Manage assigned territory/accounts, Analyze and develop territorial sales forecast based on business
plan and targets.
 Support opportunities for future sales of product, professional delivery and training services with existing
customer.
 Meet regional sales goals through excellent execution and strong collaboration with dealer module
working.
 Management of assigned customer accounts to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and identification
of sales opportunity.
 Responsible for ensuring projects are properly planed, communicated and progressed throughout the
project lifecycle.
 Coordinate project activities and communicate with different suppliers, customer, and other external
agencies to ensure project execution. Managing third party technical development and review of
services provided.
 Responsible for ensuring effective resources allocation and utilization on projects.
 Interacting with major customers and understanding their product requirements, engineering design,
business plan to aid in buying product that best meets their requirement.
 Managing multiple projects from conceptual design to the final stage- Managing resources and time line.
It includes Onsite inspection at regular intervals to evaluate and obtain necessary information on existing
projects.
 Working in the extended value chain post product sales, to Identify opportunities for cross selling and
upselling in the same account.
• Participating at conferences, tradeshows and other events as required promoting sales and reaching
target customers.

Job Profile - Senior Executive Engineer, Mechanical
Responsibilities:
 Assisting in machinery maintenance in plant including TPM.
 Verifying accuracy and service of MIS utilities and executing service orders including service order
generation, material outbound, hour accounting, etc.
 Working with the engineering teams on optimization projects involving reduction in power consumption,
material usage, delivery schedules and cycle runs at the plant.
 Automating manual process to reduce labour deployment, consume less time, error free and be
repeatable as standard modules.
Achievements:
 Independently Installed hydraulic press of capacity 5500 ton, double effect steam driven absorption
machine Vam (Thermax and commissioned the high pressure vessel (i.e. 65m3
steam accumulator).
This resulted in increasing efficiency of the installed 65 ton Vam chiller by 25%.
 Integrated two SPMs for reduction of manpower, TPM time and troubleshooting of errors. This
integration was carried out after carefully evaluating and analyzing costs to benefit ratios. This activity
resulted in cost savings of 35% and improvement in production volumes.
