Verifying accuracy and service of MIS utilities and executing service orders including service order

Working with the engineering teams on optimization projects involving reduction in power consumption,
material usage, delivery schedules and cycle runs at the plant.
Automating manual process to reduce labour deployment, consume less time, error free and be
repeatable as standard modules.
Achievements:
Independently Installed hydraulic press of capacity 5500 ton, double effect steam driven absorption
machine Vam (Thermax and commissioned the high pressure vessel (i.e. 65m3
steam accumulator).
This resulted in increasing efficiency of the installed 65 ton Vam chiller by 25%.
Integrated two SPMs for reduction of manpower, TPM time and troubleshooting of errors. This
integration was carried out after carefully evaluating and analyzing costs to benefit ratios. This activity
resulted in cost savings of 35% and improvement in production volumes.
