 Responsible to supervise the Maintenance activities of the factory to give the
effective output
 Responsible for un-interruptible operation of technical equipment’s.
 Developing schedules for effective preventive maintenance to increase machine up
time /equipment reliability.
 Take round of the complete Plant to Understand the Scope of work (SOW) and
material which are to be required.
 Maintaining and scheduling the service of Production Machines (hydraulic press,
Finishing machine, polish machine, laser etching, oven, paint booth, pad printing
machines, strapping machine, taping machine, conveyor etc.), Diesel Generators,
Air compressor, Goods Lift, Fork Lift.
 Maintaining the industrial Air cooling unit.
 Responsible for making technical evaluation
 Handling the Annual maintenance contract (AMC).
 Maintain record for maintenance items.
 Monitoring expenses with optimum utilisation of resource.
 Maintain all records related to Maintenance.
 Present maintenance record to the Auditor at their visit as well as explain every
part to him.
 Reviewing enquiry identified by maintenance team.
 Coordinate interaction with vendor to resolve changes in specification, pricing, or
other technical issues.
 Selection of potential vendor after assessing the technical and commercial
capability.
 Review of Purchase Requisition (PR) and for their technical specification, service,
quality, quantity, alternate source etc. before floating request for requirement.
 Floating Request for Quotation (RFQ) with technical and commercial terms &
conditions as per the nature of requirement of material and services.
 Follow up with vendors and get the offer from suitable Vendor
 Evaluation of received quotes Technically and Commercially
 Preparing comparative Statement and Strategic Negotiation before finalizing the
order.
 Preparing Quote evaluation sheet and Strategic Negotiation before finalizing the
Order.
 Propose for approval.
 Expediting for the delivery, quality feedback and process the invoice for the
payment.
 Track the complete cycle of PR to Final Acceptance.
