Student Teaching
First year at NYU: observed the Mandarin
classes at HSDLAS
Second year at NYU: Student taught Mandarin
at HSDLAS
Now: Teach Mandarin as a foreign language to
two 10th Grade classes (both double periods)
Teach Native Language Arts to one 9th Grade
class (meet three times a week: two double periods
plus one single period)

Everything Started from Student Teaching First year at NYU: observed the Mandarin classes at HSDLAS Second year at NYU: Student taught Mandarin at HSDLAS Now: Teach Mandarin as a foreign language to two 10th Grade classes (both double periods) Teach Native Language Arts to one 9th Grade class (meet three times a week: two double periods plus one single period) Huichen Rui, HSDLAS September 2013
