The Downtown Camden Guild Executive Committee meeting was called to order on July 13, 2010. The minutes from the previous meeting were approved with a spelling correction. Officer reports included a presentation of an outstanding check from the TRF Foundation. Director reports had no updates. Under old business, the membership drive brochure will be ready for review at the next meeting and outdoor dining is allowed by local ordinance. For new business, the committee will meet with local organizations to discuss Halloween event dates and sponsorships. The meeting adjourned at 10:15 am.

Meeting was called to order at 9:00 AM by Edward Hinson and roll was taken, Jamie Bennett-Bane
and Beth Lee-Moeller were not present. The minutes were approved by Betsy Greenway with
exception of the spelling of Dot Goodwin’s name. It was seconded by Dot Goodwin.

C. Halloween – meeting with Kershaw Health and Recreation Department to discuss possible dates
and sponsorship arrangements.
