The Downtown Camden Guild Executive Committee meeting covered the following agenda items: 1. Officer reports including the president's report on board governance best practices and a treasurer report showing outstanding payments. 2. Director reports including upcoming Earth Day activities and a fall festival recap. 3. Old business of distributing updated bylaws and removing a board member for violating the bylaws. 4. New business including a membership drive recap, potential new board appointees, updates to Halloween plans, Christmas light discussions, and improving the jockey silks program. The meeting was then adjourned at 10:30 am.

iii. Financial statements should be shifted to the City’s fiscal calendar
iv. Financial statements will be approved at October meeting

B. Jonathan Bazinet – Fall LeMons Race summary – the festival will occur only once a year
