The ANC 5D public meeting on October 13, 2015 covered the following items: 1. Roll call was taken and a quorum was established with all commissioners present. 2. Commissioner Henderson announced there was no support yet for a garage addition and the case was continued to December 2nd. 3. Lt. Carlos Mejia gave the public safety report. 4. Thornton Development's Phase II project was supported with an amendment regarding residential parking permits. 5. The meeting was adjourned at 9:15pm after failing to approve prior minutes or pay a phone bill.

stated that the case was continued to December 2, 2015.

2. Commissioner Buggs made a motion to support Thornton Development’s Phase
II project. Motion seconded by Commissioner Clarence Lee. Motion passed 4-
3-0. Commission voted to support the relief requested with a friendly
amendment of asking that there be no Residential Permit Parking (RPP) for the
property.

6. Zoning Rewrite Extended Deadline
• Commissioner Henderson made a motion that the Commission supports the
deadline for the Zoning Rewrite Process. Motion was 2nd
. Motion failed.
7. Commissioner Buggs made a motion that the minutes for the September 8th
meeting be
approved. Motion was 2nd
by Commissioner Shropshire. Commissioner Henderson
refused the motion and attempted to move on to the Treasury report. She then made a
motion to pay the T-Mobile phone bill in the amount of $2,023.17. Motion was 2nd
by
Commissioner Lewis. Discussion requested and heard. Motion failed 3-4-0.
Commissioner Henderson; Lewis and Blacknell tried to improperly Adjourn the
meeting.
