Meeting was called to order at 9:00 AM by Edward Hinson and roll was taken. The minutes were approved with a motion by
Gail Carter.

a. Outstanding Balances – past due notice to Mary Ellen McCuen has been dropped; Library payment was sent
to City; Quarterly report presentation will be available February 1
C. Directors Reports
a. Dot Goodwin – DCG should work on a promotion with Camden Art Association (Art Crawl); Estimates for
nameplates are $15.56/unit
b. Wade Luther
i. Board Nominations – Robin Wilson, Ann Temple, Patricia Richardson, Deborah Davis
ii. Jockey Silks – Application needs to be developed along with advertising package
iii. Downtown Divas – February 17th 6-8 pm; all locations are secured; follow-up on t-shirt estimates and
sponsorship contributions; approved letter for heart sales competition
