NATCOB-1 is a migration tool, designed to convert applications existing in Natural/ ADABAS to
COBOL, CICS and DB2 on mainframe environment. The sole purpose of this tool is to convert a
program coded in the Natural /ADABAS to COBOL, CICS and DB2 on mainframe environment.
For conversion projects on Natural to COBOL, all Natural programs are converted into equivalent
COBOL programs and Natural copy books (LDA, GDA ) to COBOL copy books. In case of online,
Natural maps are converted into equivalent CICS Maps. It also takes care of data conversion and
Natural JCL into equivalent COBOL JCL
