Participants: Team, SM, PO
Time: Team Decides

With in team talk for the Sprint progress
Each member’s work & impediments
Format?
What did I complete yesterday?
What will I work on today?
Am I blocked by anything?

4. Typical Problem in
DSU?

5. Very formal due to time constraints
DSU soon convert to Status Meeting
Lack of Participation from Team members
Result as DWS..
Team is un-prepared
SM leads the discussion
SM Push the Team
No Sprint Vision
PO / SM focus on “?” type statements
Result as DWS..

6. Solution to DWS?

7. Don’t Interrupt team during DSU and allow
them to talk – even if its FUN talk
Occasionally ask team, purpose & format of
DSU and what they understood?
Encourage team for on Time physical
presence in front of Scrum Board
SM stands aside or mostly back side of team
standing in circle
