Gen-X adults who experienced socioeconomic disadvantages as children are more likely to have lower wellbeing later in life according to a new study. Staying active with 30 minutes of exercise per day in one's 60s and 70s reduces the risk of falls in the 90s by 35% according to another study. A third study found that colorectal cancer patients who ate more fiber after their diagnosis had an 18% lower risk of cancer-related death over the following eight years.
