My primary experience is:
         Manufacturing / Operations.
 As a member of first level management my
 responsibilities included building relationships to
 achieve departmental goals by completing daily
 tasks. I actively listen to the objectives of
 management and the needs of the team. By
 encouraging others in the team, we are able to
 complete goals that are vital for success.
