 Online theory exams
 External practical assessments

 Design and delivery of programmes to a range of clients and groups

 Workbooks and training diaries
Course qualifications
 CYQ are a leading awarding body of fitness qualifications in the UK and
    worldwide

 Qualifications are a benchmark and provide industry standard
    competence and effectiveness

 Completion at L2 and L3 allows access to range of CPD courses to
    widen experience and skill set
