This document summarizes a mid-season review meeting for a college football academy team. The meeting will cover: [1] reviewing team and individual performance so far; [2] setting goals for the next training session, game, and the rest of the season; [3] receiving feedback from coaches. Players will discuss the review candidly and constructively within their groups, focusing on self-improvement rather than criticism of others. The goal is for each player to develop individually and for the team to continue improving and achieve their aims for the season.
