Common Questions What happens if I am playing for the college on the Wednesday and we have a game Wednesday evening? All home fixtures have been scheduled to play on Monday evening. Other fixtures may be on a Tuesday or Thursday evening. If we have 22+ players signed on, will I get a game? Yes. It will be rare the players play 90 minutes for all sides more than 1-2 weeks in a row. The idea is to rotate players as much as possible. You need to be peaking around March – May 2012 so this process will assist in that process. If I do the player monitoring and reflection sheets, that will take up loads of my time No. We (All coaches involved) have worked had to make the process both developmental and easy to manage. You will complete the player monitoring form every week on a Monday. The player reflections shall be monthly and may be focussed on one particular area. Any more questions?
