Tracking & Communications
Provide communication between the underground and surface personnel. Responsible
Person trained. Worked with Matrix Tracking Software, Pyott Boone Belt and CO
monitoring system, and Varis handheld communication system. I performed various
other administrative office duties as needed. Mine closed at the end of December 2011.

Provide communication between the underground and surface personnel. Manage the
traffic on the track. Compile supply lists for active sections. Responsible Person
Trained. Worked with Eckau Tracking System, and Pyott Boone Belt and CO
Monitoring System. Assisted the Safety Department with duties such as issue SCSR’s to
new employees, and testing of the same. Worked shoveling belt, traveling with the
supply motor crew, and transporting shift foreman to the active sections to oversee
progression of work. Mine closed at the end of June 2009.

Managed agency that provided assistance to the elderly and disabled through the
Medicaid Waiver 19 Program, and private insurance. Duties were staffing, payroll,
billing, and acted as the liaison for clients and registered nurses for case review. Hiring
and termination of employees. Schedule training sessions.
August 1996 - March 2000 Carolina Truck Centers, Inc., Hickory, NC
Warranty Administrator
Processed warranty claims for five dealer locations via the dealer network. Processed
claims for International, Kenworth, Detroit Diesel, Ford, and various other farm
equipment brands. When claims were paid I performed a claim reconciliation. Also
pulled failed parts and sent them back to the warranty return centers.

Receptionist / Clinical Assistant
Reception, Check-In, Check-Out, some insurance filing. I later moved into the clinical
setting where I sterilized instruments via the autoclave, prepared exam rooms, assisted in
in-office surgeries. Performed X-rays of the foot.

Warranty Administrator
Process warranty claims for Mazda and Mitsubishi via the dealer network, consisted
mostly of data entry, claim coding, and various other clerical duties.

Data entry of various clients payroll via Solomon III Software. Answer phone, fax,
